Chef Agus Hermawan is renowned for his eccentric interpretation of the Indonesian cuisine. Through his undying passion and boundless creativity, he effortlessly fuses the heart and soul of Indonesian specialties with modern techniques and flavors of the world to make the otherwise exotic and intense cuisine more approachable towards unfamiliar palates. He was appointed Ambassador of Indonesian Culinary for the Netherlands and Europe by the Minister of Tourism Indonesia and is currently the executive chef at Ron Gastrobar Indonesia in Amsterdam.

Indonesia Culinary Institute is a nonprofit association with a mission to accelerate the development and introduction of the vast and intricate Indonesian cuisine to the world. The board members of ICI are comprised of the finest and most knowledgeable culinary icons from across the archipelago, such as Maestro William Wongso and Chef Ade Putri; and every single one of them shares the same passion of achieving ICI’s primary goal. As the sole supporting institute, ICI is determined to assist WIN in delivering the best Indonesian culinary experience possible, especially for those who are less acquainted with Indonesian cuisine.
