Chef Yono Purnomo is an award-winning Indonesian chef that has mastered the Indonesian cuisine through more than 40 years of experience. Chef Purnomo is currently the executive chef-owner of Yono’s, one of the top 100 restaurants in The United States. Chef Purnomo has won numerous awards in various National and International competitions and has been dedicating his career to introduce the Indonesian culture and cuisine through cooking classes, demonstrations and lectures for schools, civic organizations, charities and fellow chefs.

As an accomplished chef, consultant, author and culinary expert for over 40 years, he understands the industry like no other. Maestro Wongso’s unparalleled knowledge and unrelenting curiosity for traditional Indonesian cuisine has led him to consulting over 20 Indonesian restaurants worldwide and has made him a living culinary bible. His latest book, Flavors of Indonesia was crowned as the 2017 World Best Cookbook.

Chef Agus Hermawan is renowned for his eccentric interpretation of the Indonesian cuisine. Through his undying passion and boundless creativity, he effortlessly fuses the heart and soul of Indonesian specialties with modern techniques and flavors of the world to make the otherwise exotic and intense cuisine more approachable towards unfamiliar palates. He was appointed Ambassador of Indonesian Culinary for the Netherlands by the Minister of Tourism Indonesia and is currently commanding two prestigious and award-winning gastrobars in Amsterdam for two Michelin-starred Chef Ron Blaauw.
